Transactions Single asset and portfolio net lease acquisitions, sale leasebacks, build-to-suit financing and forward take-outs
Asset Type Primarily single tenant industrial and specialty assets (eg. cold storage, truck terminals, ground leases, covered industrial land, etc.). The Company will opportunistically acquire single tenant office assets
Tenant Credit Types Investment grade, non-investment grade and unrated tenants with a focus on stable, durable businesses
Lease Term Targeting 10+ years remaining, will consider shorter lease terms opportunistically when there is a high likelihood of renewal, below market rents, readily replaceable rents or a compelling residual value
Target Deal Size $10-500+ million
Geography United States; Target Markets: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore/Washington, Central PA/I-81 Corridor, Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Inland Empire, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh/Durham, San Francisco Bay Area, Savannah, Seattle, South Florida, Spartanburg, Tampa/Orlando
