Allan B. Rothschild is a Managing Director of Gramercy Property Trust and is the Chief Transaction Officer. Prior to being named Chief Transaction Officer, Mr. Rothschild served as Co-Head of Gramercy Asset Management and General Counsel of Gramercy Asset Management, in which capacity he led a team of lawyers and other professionals who oversee all legal activities for the real estate assets managed by Gramercy on behalf of third parties. Before joining Gramercy in December 2007, Mr. Rothschild was a principal at Prism Venture Partners, an opportunistic real estate investor. Prior to joining Prism, Mr. Rothschild was a Senior Vice President in charge of running the New York City offices of CB Richard Ellis. He had previously been an associate at the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP.
Mr. Rothschild received his Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
