Mr. Tubesing is Managing Director of Gramercy Property Trust, Head of Gramercy Asset Management - Office. Additionally, he is Managing Partner of Strategic Office Partners leading acquisition and asset management activity on behalf of the venture. Since joining Gramercy in June 2006, Mr. Tubesing has fulfilled multiple roles in the origination and management of Gramercy's debt and equity investments. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Tubesing was an Investment Officer at Divcowest Properties, LLC, where he focused on opportunistic acquisitions across multiple property types. Prior to this, he held various positions at Ernst & Young, LLP in its Real Estate Advisory Services practice.
Mr. Tubesing received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
Mr. Eiseman joined Gramercy in April 2008 and prior to that was a Vice President of Asset Management/Managing Director of Leasing & Sales at American Financial Realty Trust for four years. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Eiseman was a Vice President of Leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle, and from 1995 to 1998 he was a Sales and Leasing Associate with Follman Properties-ONCOR International.
Mr. Eiseman has a B.A. in Political Science from St. Louis University and a M.A. in Public Policy/Public Administration from St. Louis University.
Amanda L. Fuller, CFA serves as Vice President of STRATEGIC OFFICE PARTNERS where she is responsible for acquisitions and investment management. Previously, Ms. Fuller was Vice President of the net lease real estate group at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Prior to joining Angelo, Gordon, Ms. Fuller was an Associate on the investments team at W. P. Carey & Co. Ms. Fuller also has experience in sustainable food and agriculture as a consultant, investor and entrepreneur, including Northeast Farm Access, Local Farms Fund, Blue Marble Ice Cream, and RootedNY. She serves on the board of the Orange County Land Trust.
Ms. Fuller received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University and is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
